Set within the rolling hills of Kent, Hush Heath Estate began with a simple love of wine, a handful of vineyards and the will to push boundaries. With the huge success of their first wine, Balfour Brut Rosé, the passion was turned into a family business. Since 2002, Hush Heath Estate have been at the heart of the growing English Wine industry- winning National and International awards, and the acclaim of sommeliers and wine experts, to become one of Englands most respected wine producers. The Estates flagship sparkling Balfour Brut Rosé was the first English Sparkling wine to be served in BA First Class and the official English wine of the London 2012 Olympics, and today their wines are enjoyed across the globe in some of the worlds finest restaurants and bars.

Balfour Libertys Bacchus 2020 is named after the vineyards Head Dog, and is made from grapes grown on the Foxridge vineyards, at the very top of Hush Heath Estate. An evolution of the English Bacchus style and from a winemaking standpoint the Estates most complex wine to make. Wild ferments and oak are used to create layers of complexity, body and a spicy character which add a new dimension to the traditional Bacchus flavours of hedgerow and elderflower.

Pale white gold with green highlights. An intense, grassy nose with hints of rose petal and citrus spice. Fresh acidity, green apple, tangerine peel and a long, bright finish.
